Rumors that went around

The rumors:
A cocktail waitress from Caeser’s Palace, MGM, Bellagio etc.
It changed every time I heard it. She supposedly won A huge jackpot like megamillions . The died the next week from taking too much pure drugs and overdosed.

The others I have to classify as just rumors even though a former Binions Horseshoe security told me them
IN the basement of the Horseshow there is a sound proofed room. There are manacles on one wall, and a wooden block with clamps on it. Dice cheats were put on the wall and whipped until they were unconscious. the stump was where card cheats hands were clamped down, then their hands were smashed with a sledgehammer.

After this the unconscious cheat were taken to the backdoor to the ally and they were thrown out. the chips that they had cheated to get were thrown out on top of them. There was a group that always were in the ally to take the chips for themselves.

The real punishment for not paying back a loan from the casino. The were driven out into the desert, then their Achillies tendons were cut. If they could make it back to the Horseshoe the loan was paid. No one ever made it back.
